We will ship out the parcel in 2-3 business days,please email us your telephone number after you placed order,(telephone number is important for delivering,) and please confirm your address again after you received the Paypal Email Receipt .(Since some customes forgot to update their address after they moved to a new place,and after we shipped out the parcel , they emailed us to charge the address,but it was too late.We can reship the parcel ,but we must charge the shipping , insurance again.)
Return Policy:
You have 10 days after you received the parcel,if you don't like the products for any reasons, you can return the products to us with the Original Condition. Before you return your order ,You must email us for Return Number , and must prepare the Origianl Waybill for your post office.
We will refund you the payment of the goods, the Shipping , Insurance. But we don' t refund : Import Duty and the shipping when you return the parcel.
You must send the parcel with the same couriers service or faster shipping service. (for example :If we shipped your order with Expedited Post, you must return with Expedited Post, or Xpresspost ,and if we can't recieve the parcel you returned in 8 weeks, we don't refund the payment of the order.)
Please keep the waybill and invoice safely after you recieved the parcel, it is necessary for returning your parcel.
Please email us and get a return number before you return the parcel and remenber write down the number inside the box, that will be convenient for us to check the parcel and refund you the payment as soon as possible.
All claims must be within 10 days of receipt. Returned items will not be accepted if not in the original packaging, assorted exactly as you received it. You may not return items that have been displayed, marked in any way or have been offered for sale.
